Jacqueline Maelzer – CEO & Founder Heartbeat Events
A career woman with heart!
When I was 20 years old I flew several times around the world as a private stewardess of the family Swarovski being responsible for all their travel arrangements and customer care. When I moved from the Tirol to Italy I lived and worked there for 11 years in the event management industry. After considerable experience in being involved with company events I was promoted from a trainee to project manager. I was elected best Sales Director for major international customers.
In 1998 and 1999 I was entrusted with the management of the premier event & marketing agency in Rome.
2000: The year of love – back again to Tyrol for the nicest event – my wedding and becoming a mother.
2004: Co- foundation of the agency Event Service RS in Innsbruck, Austria. With a lot of commitment and vigour this company became one of the TOP agencies Austria.
From 2006 to 2009 I was International Sales Director with a seat on the managing board of the company.
2006: Achieved a masters degree in Pilates and teacher in Palma de Mallorca since 2010
2009: Relocation with family to my favourite island Majorca. I am still taking care of many customers and international Projects and I continue to be a Pilate’s trainer.
