Bereits zum dritten Mal hat die liebe Jacqueline eine Party für uns organisiert - 1x Hochzeit, 2x Geburtstag. Für die letzte Party, die relativ spontan geplant wurde, hatte sie nur wenige Tage Zeit aber das hat man auf der Party nicht gemerkt - es hat alles sensationell funktioniert und war bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Es gab einen Top DJ, für die Kinder wurde gesorgt mit Nannys und Beschäftigungsprogramm, die blumengedeckte lange Tafel war einfach nur atemberaubend, der Service der Kellner war Top und auch das Essen war ein Genuss. Jacqueline und ihr Team sind absolut professionell, sie wissen was sie tun und stecken unglaublich viel Liebe ins Detail! Wir sind ein kleines Unternehmen der IT-Branche aus Österreich mit 20 Mitarbeitern. Um den Zusammenhalt unter den Mitarbeitern zu stärken, führen wir in regelmäßigen Abständen gemeinsame Events und Ausflüge durch. Nach der schwierigen Corona-Zeit haben wir uns im Herbst 2022 entschlossen, im Jahr 2023 einmal etwas „Größeres“ durchzuführen – einen firmeninternen 4- Tages-Event auf der wunderschönen Insel Mallorca. Damit das Vorhaben auch ein voller Erfolg wird, haben wir uns an eine professionelle, ortsansässige Event-Agentur gewandt, die auch über ausreichende Erfahrung verfügt. Wir haben im Herbst 2022 gemeinsam mit Jacqueline ein komplettes, maßgeschneidertes Programm entworfen und Jacqueline hat auch viel Geduld mit unseren Anpassungswünschen gezeigt. Letztendlich haben wir dank Jacqueline ein super-tolles Programm für 4 Tage erstellt. Angekommen auf der Insel mussten wir uns um nichts mehr kümmern. Jacqueline hat alles vorab bestens organisiert und alle Events liefen reibungslos und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit ab. Dabei war auch sehr hilfreich, dass Jacqueline sowohl perfekt Spanisch als auch Deutsch spricht. Das erleichterte vieles. Nach 4 wundervollen, abwechslungsreichen Tagen haben wir die Insel gut erholt und mit tollen Erinnerungen wieder verlassen. „Heartbeat-Events“ hat dafür gesorgt, dass allen Mitarbeitern dieser Ausflug noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird.
